Harley-Davidson Montreal and regrouping H.O.G.®  (Harley Owners Group® )  Where all started…

Here’s the little story of Harley-Davidson Montreal and the H.O.G.®  movement.

We are in 1980. This is when the #1 Montreal Club for the brand fanatics was created by Harley Davidson Montreal who was then on Ste-Catherine Street. This is how the first official association for Harley Davidson’s motorcycles in North America was born. Raymond Gref and Duc Dufour, who were the instigators, saw in this project a way to develop customer loyalty and allow its members to fraternize together. They were far from knowing that three years later, the H.O.G.®  movement would appear.

Since then, H.O.G.®  recruits more and more members across the world. In Canada only, more than 40 000 enthusiasts have joined the movement. Of this number, 9500 are in Quebec, divided in 24 chapters. Last year, the millionth member mark was reached, a great achievement for a social grouping.

It is in the same state of mind that our two founders for the Club #1 that Harley Montreal decided to create the Montreal H.O.G.® chapter, eagerly expected by many motorcyclists. Charles Gref Jr is indeed very pleased to collaborate with a sharp executive committee motivated towards the overall success of this chapter.

They are expecting you and want you to fully enjoy the season where you will meet new people or, for some others, reunite with old acquaintances. And don’t forget! Montreal H.O.G.® chapter is contagious!
